I wanted to do something a bit different, since a lot of my tutorials have been very easy to follow lately. I have been wanting to do more eye liner tutorials ever since my Candy Cane Liner tutorial from Christmas.
Now when doing the liner, note that it won't turn out the same on both eyes unless you have a really REALLY steady hand. So don't do it in a hurry!
