Alice+Olivia Tribute

Ok Stardoll, you've impressed me!
This tribute is actually very well put together, and it has left me stunned.

The clothes are beautiful, well most of them anyway.

But the funn y thing is that there is a hat for only 2 stardollars! 2 stardollars is a bargain! Although it's probably a glitch, but you might as well take it while it is priced so cheaply.

This tribute is one of the better ones, I just hope it isn't the last for tribute season.

I expect the store to leave around July 28th.

The "Titanic" Look

Outfit of the day-Something I decided to do with my Starblog

I know, I haven't posted. Enough of my excuses, I've just gotten lazy lately.

But anyway, I decided to do something "fun" with my Starblog [something no one really thinks much about these days.]

And that is to have an outfit of the day.

Most of you know that I change my medoll's outfit daily, well since I've become more addicted to fashion, I decided to do an "Outfit of the day" in my Starblog[ I would call it blog, but since this is my blog then it would probably get confusing. If ya'know what I mean.]

At the current moment, I am writing that entry [well I'm writing it in 'Wordpad' so incase something technical happens my work doesn't get lost.] and I will post it here within the next 15 minutes.

This should make up for my laziness lately, although I wasn't really being lazy, for the past week I've been working hard to finish my schooling and I am proud to say on Satuday at 11:26 PM I finished! School is now out of my life for the next 3-4 months and I am glad!

Anyway I want to get back to posting regularly. And I probably will. So say tuned.

Stardoll has a wikipedia page?

Well this came as a totoal shocker

Now I can see Stardoll having a Wikipedia page, since well it does have a lot of members and makes advertising deals with well known websites. But to have it's own 'Wiki' page, has to be a great honor, since lots of people visit Wikipeida every single day.

I read the article, and discovered some interesting facts. Liisa Wrang was the actual creator of Stardoll, not Callie.Stardoll [who we all could've guessed since in the member id she is number 1]

Then I noticed how many RCs were on Stardoll and decided to visit a few of them, most of the ones who I viewed have been "online" in months, acutally years.  Which isn't surprising.

Versus Tribute!

I know, I'm a bit late on this. Yesterday I was getting caught up on school work. Almost done! Thank Goodness.

Anyway...

So on Monday, Stardoll released the Versus Tribute!

Now, since my computer doesn't have the "Paint I'm used to" I'm just going ot give out my review.

I Love Love Love these items!

They have more of a Tribute Store feel, ya'know they feel more for thier price.

I absoulty love the Bodycon dress on teh second floor, very elegant and summery.

I'm not so much for the tartan items, the col,ors aren't my thing but to somebody else they may be.

All-in-all the best tribute store so far.

Plus I've actually heard of Versus before, I'm pretty sure Stardoll has done some 'inspired by' outfits of thiers before. Or maybe that was  Versace.....

Updates

I know what you're thinking. " Sara are you dead?"

And to answer your question, no I'm not dead. I am very much alive, but it may not seem to you that way because I have not been posting.

And like most things, there is an explanation. Which is I've been sick lately.

On Thursday evening I ate some over expired potato salad and started to throw up.  I didn't suffer any food poisoning or have to go to the hospital, I simply rested.

I am now starting to recover and I feel much better than I did Thursday evening.

But besides that I have been busy too, before I ate the over-due Potato salad, I had to go to the eye doctor and get my glasses, which I wear as I type. They fit nice-n-sung and since this is my first pair ordinary things have changed and became more clear! "It's a whole new world out there!"
Anyway I have also started up another blog,  but it isn't related to Stardoll in any sort. It's a blog filled with my stories, since my computer doesn't have Microsoft word anymore I decided to move my stories online so they can be viewed by anyone. click HERE to view the wordpress blog inwhich my stories can be viewed.
Ever since the two breakdowns of my computer[ with the one I had problems with] I am cutting down my online time, no not ll of it maybe cutting it down like 2-3 hours, and since summer is here I want to go outside more and experince the nice weather. 
I would like to note that on July 11th-15th I will be going to camp E-Town, therefor I will not be posting since  cellphones, and most electronic devices aren't allowed. I know it's a little bit less than a month away but I just wanted to inform you guys. After all, you guys do have a right to know.
After I return from camp I will probably post how it went on the 16th, I won't  get home until like 1 AM [Eastern Time] on the 16th and plan to sleep as I will be really tired, which is really understandable if you think about it, if I did come on the computer it would be to update my facebook.

My 1 year Youtube Anniversary!!!!!!!!!!

So today is well I guess a special  day, it's my 1 year Youtube Anniversary.

No, I haven't been making Stardoll Tutorials that long, I started making those in January of this year, but I have been a member of the Youtube community since June 7th 2010.

I originally joined Youtube to comment on Car Stuff[ I was majorly obsessed with Chevy and stuff back then.... not so much anymore.] I openly expressed my opinion, which may have got me in some trouble....

I originally discovered Youtube back in '08 but never thought about making an account until I stumbled across a video I loved. I wanted to say " Hey this is really good!" but then I realized that you had to be a member.

Since I had made a Gmail account 3 months prior, it was really easy for me to sign up and it happened so smoothly.

Now lets fast forward 7 months, to when I started making Stardoll Tutorials.

I had wanted to make tutorials ever since I seen one of Lel1996's videos, but I didn't have a screen recorder, so instead I took my camera and aimed it at my screen and started recording.

Iwas afraid of downloading Hypercam, simply because I thought it would have a virus, but then sometime in mid January, I finally saw that it was trusted, so I downloaded it.

At the time I didn't know I had Windows Movie maker[ not Windows Movie Maker Live, but regular Windows Movie Maker.]  so all I would do at the time was just record the video, no sibtitles, no titles,  just the video, which was a good starting out point. But I wanted subtitles and such, so I could show my viewers how to do the tutorial. And so on March 30th 2011 I downloaded WMML.

Younmg Hollywood released

So today I recived this message:

So today Stardoll released a new store called Young Hollywood,  the store is actually quite nice. The graphics are pretty smazing, but there is 2 things wrong.

1. It's pricey

2. It's LIMITED!

Yeah, as you can see I really hate Limited stores, the annoy me so much because everyone should get a chance to own an item, the prices are actualy pricer than the last collection of LE, So in reality I don't expect anyone to buy much.

It's a nice store, but sadly I think due to it being Limited and the prices, I can see it won't have a good turn out, since the store has been released around 10 hours ago and only 2 items are sold out.

Well aren't I lucky

So today I went to go get a new computer, and which I am now using, no I didn't get a new moniter[ or screen] I just got the hard drive, which came with a keyboard, which i am now typing on.

Anyway  this hard drive came with windows 7 already installed into it, which means I have Windows Live Movie Maker without a download.... High Quality, amazzing videos again! Yay! Sara's Happy!

So I'm gonna make a few vids throughout the weekend, I'm back and better than ever and I have a feeling that it's gionna be one good Stardoll summer!

May 2010 Hotbuy re-released in archive.

Hi,

So yesterday the new Archive floors were released, and I found something very shocking.

The PIP[Or Pretty In Pink] crop top from the May 2010 Hotbuys was released.

Yeah the bottom top is the one I'm talking about. Looking at this picture reminded me or the Good ole  days of Good Stardoll clothing that was reasonably pricwed..... I miss those days.

Anyway, it's been re-relased at an ok price of 11 stardollars, if you are a Hotbuys Colector then I suggest well, going there and buying it!

Where's Sara? And a few other updates

Hi,

So on Sunday I went to log onto my computer and well it didn't start, which lead up to it getting checked and well it couldn';t be fixed.... so I'm getting a new hard drive and I am now using the library computers....

But anyway I'm not dead, from my lack of posts you probably thought that. But I'm not, I've been having computer problems for about a month now so I expected this.

The last few days has been really boring for me, and now things are starting to look up, I'm not going to brag but I'm getting a new 26'' TV for my room[with a DVD player of course, how else am I going to watch Seinfeld?]

Tribute Season has begun, the new Yves Saint Lauren Tribute has been releqased, and I absoulty adore the items, I was going to post a screenshot but sadly the computer I'm using wouldn't save it, so I can't.

The Summer Pass has been released, there is a bar for Starcoins and Stardollars,  the items are pretty good and the graphics are amazing.

So yeah, I have a feeling that this Stardoll summer will be a good one.
